The trainee who was learning to manage the job came off well and was quite sincere. Unfortunately, after they were done I found that surfaces that were not easily visible and accessible weren't painted. Paint has been coming off metal railings after less than 6 months.  Even at the time the painters seemed to be trying to do the minimum. The management trainee did offer to return and finish painting an area they neglected but I never heard from him again.

College Pros was not too great. I learned that you get what you pay for. While they charge cheaper, you are lacking a certain quality of work when you use them. I would also advise other members to never paint the exterior of your house in the same color it was done in before. It is too hard to miss spots and creates more of a headache than you may realize up front. I would have to say we would never use College Pros again. We didn't feel too good about anything other than the price. I have to take partial responsibility because we really did not shop around too much prior to using them so I kind of feel like I did not do myself any favors.

HORRIBLE experience. Yes, you get what you pay for. Please do not hire these people. They hire kids who have no idea how to run a business and then set them free to ruin your house. Our first crew vanished off the face of the earth and we had a second crew assigned. A three week job took four months. The paint is already peeling. They splashed trim paint on our stone (which will never come off) and ruined a sidewalk. Patchwork was done horribly. It was a complete waste of money. The district manager is nonresponsive and did nothing to make our experience come out okay. We would have been better off putting $4000 in a pile and lighting it on fire. We've contacted them about our so-called ''paint warranty'' and were told that they will do nothing, which is probably a blessing because the last thing I want is these people touching my house again.
