THE INSPECTION WAS DONE WHILE I WAITED. I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THE WAIT TIME WAS LESS THAN ONE HALF AN HOUR. MAGAZINES & COFFEE WERE PROVIDED IN THE WAITING AREA.
