They were fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the product and the service. The people I spoke with were very helpful and explained anything I didn't understand.

I spoke with the person. They told me whatever I needed to order. I placed it over the phone, and they shipped it to me. It's a good mattress. We're very happy with it. It's over 9 years old. I don't think the price was unreasonable. Instead of spending $2,000 for a brand new mattress, we paid $500 for our current mattress.
