Consider yourself warned.  The customer service here is wretched - make sure to confirm everything twice.
Pros:
- Can get in same day on weekends for basic services (oil changes) with little to no notice depending on how busy they are.
- Open on Saturday and Sunday.
- Easy to find location.
- Accepted as an exception to use a particulate diesel-engine oil and Mann filter that I provided. This is a perk, but don't rely on them doing this again. (On a side note, next time will have the oil change done at a dealer.)
Cons:
- Long waits to be served and to check out. Of the two times I've been here, I had to wait 10-20 minutes to be helped checking in and checking out.
- Don't expect them to call you when your vehicle is done. Ask for an estimate and call during that time-frame to check readiness.
- Not a good place to go if you are servicing a European diesel vehicle. I had a lot of trouble getting them to use a special Mobil-1 oil specified for diesel VWs that they do not carry. I also checked in their store and they do not carry any oil that met my car's standard.
- The service is not reliable and not customer-oriented. Make sure you confirm they have in their system each item you ordered to have done. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon check-out 2 hours later, and after trying to understand why I had to pay separate for the tire rotation with my oil change, the associate told me they didn't even do it.

We will never be using Sears again for anything. We bought a dishwasher from them, which didn’t work. We went through all kinds of steps trying to get this error corrected. They wanted us pay the D installation, the delivery, and anything involved with shipping and handling for the both dishwashers.

s I called around to different places in the morning to get prices. Sears was the best price. when I got to the shop, the guy behind the counter was trying to sell me tires for 100.00 a tire more than I was quoted on the phone. I pulled out my notes and gave him a name of who I spoke to and the price I was quoted, he spent 20 minutes looking for the tires at the price I was quoted, and could not find them. so it was't until I was ready to walk out that they 'found' the tires at the price I was quoted.
I had to back, a 2nd time to get the tires balanced again, and was told it would take an hour and a half and it took 2 and half hours and my steering whell still rattles.

Over the years, it has been satisfactory but not outstanding. They're good at fixing flats and things like that. However, they might overcharge you sometimes, from my experience.

Good. They had the right sized battery and I was on my way in no time.
