RESTORATION HARDWARE

RH totally mishandled my project that I was going to spend over 100k dollars with them in one purchase for a new home. They told us they would put our furniture in a plan to make sure it all works. We then spent over six hours across two days selecting furniture and going over our plans. When we asked when we would have the plans so we could get input from other people they said they won't give them to us until after we purchase. When we spoke to the manager they told us that we weren't even speaking to a designer, but an assistant and that is their policy. I don't think it is my fault their employees aren't trained to mislead their customers, but apparently RH does this it is the customers fault to know their procedures. So now I'll be taking my six figure budget to another store, because an employee misled us regarding the process and didn't explain they won't share their designs with anyone. What a waste of time - I recommend not going with RH because not only did they mislead me but are trying to control the process so you can't even take outside designer input.

Restoration Hardware no longer have a local store but I purchase from them online now. I love their designs.

I am closer to the Restoration Hardware in Philadelphia, but I highly recommend the King of Prussia store. They are very good at ordering, answering questions, and professionalism. The employees at this store really seem to know what they are doing.
