"We want to apologize to this member for the issues she experienced on her project. It is always our goal to make sure every project goes well and our client is satisfied every step of the way. We are very sorry that it did not happen in this case. There was a mistake with the refrigerator and as a result we did right away offer to replace the cabinet over the refrigerator or add a valance below it to eliminate the gap in the space. She chose to add the valance. The design process is very much a collaborative effort between Reico and our clients. It is our job to ask questions and understand how a client uses their kitchen and what they desire in their new space. It is important that we understand how they use their kitchen, so we can put together a design that works best for them. While we try in most cases to add ideas that will complement a clients desires, if we did not do that in this case than we do apologize. This feedback is important to us. It helps us better understand what our clients are thinking and allows us to make current and future client experiences better. We thank her for taking the time to share this information."
