Furniture - Sales
Delivery took place nearly two weeks after I ordered the couch. The delivery company called 3 times to confirm the delivery. I literally got a call from three different employees who did not realize the delivery was already confirmed. The driver's found my address OK but the two that carried it in couldn't figure out how to get it in my door. It was very amusing so I wasn't too upset. They decided to call the driver of the truck; fortunately he knew how to get the couch in. Not the best delivery I've ever had.
