I thought it went well, quite expensive as the repairman was only at my home approximately 15 minutes. Come to find out, he did not have the flap with him but would return to complete the job. He never came. I called the owner, he told me he would be out shortly to complete the work. He never came. I was verify disappointed since I had used him to clear roots out of the toilet a few years back. He had been to my home around three times before. They jobs then were done well, that is why I called him to fix the toilet.
