Description of Work: The site manager and the maintenance manager on call came into my apartment and looked at my ceiling that is about to collapse. They looked at it and noticed that it is a problem, but they said that there is nothing that they can do about it. Nickie Mack, who is the property manager, said that she is tired of us having to live like this. We have had to remove all curtains and curtain rods. We have also had to move furniture and rugs due to water damage. They brought me a package of industrial paper towels to absorb the water. We also have no hot water in the kitchen, in fact we have never had hot water in the kitchen. The apartment smells of mold and moisture. I am legally disabled, I have COPD, and I have notified the managers in writing years ago, and they claim that I never told them about it. After reviewing emails that I have sent to them, they did know that I have this condition. Throughout the building, the ceilings have collapsed. There has been continual floodings and stench.
