Property Management
Beware, and try to avoid this apartment company because of their of lack of oversight over their apartment complexes. The people that work there simply don't care. Onsite managers are constricted from the main company to not repair issues due to budgetary constraints.
Correction: The "property managers" on site may/may not care - I think this changes daily, but their hands are tied because of THEIR SUPERIORS and BOSSES - this holds tru EVERYWHERE in the Morgan Properties Company.
