They were prompt and pretty flexible with scheduling an appointment to do the testing. They required payment in full prior to releasing a report. However, when the report came I found out they didn't test the areas they were suppose to. The technician claimed to be testing for mold in a wall and instead tested the visible areas of a window. When questioned why they didn't do the tests that were requested to do, they gave me the complete run around - saying they were suppose to test the window not the wall. Why would anyone have a mold test done on a window when the area can be cleaned with clorox very easily? Paying in full up front makes sense now - that way they get your money and can continue scamming others. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
