Great! They give personalized service/ attention to detail to my house and are ALWAYS reliable and honest. I give them an A+

I paid for a cleaning, and they initially emailed promptly. I wasn't ready for the cleaning for a month, so requested to delay and they agreed. Ultimately, MajorMaid was extremely unresponsive to email (e.g., several week to entirely non-responsive) and *****ultimately did not clean my house even though I had already paid them for it***. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Furthermore, I contacted Angie's list about this. ***Anglie's list said they contacted the company, but did not offer any further assistance, in spite of the theft.

Bianca and her assistant were friendly, polite. And they did an exceptional job.I would definitely hire them again.

The company was very difficult to contact initially. Once I made contact, an appointment was scheduled, then cancelled on the day of the appointment because the job scheduled before mine that day was too far away. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard a word from them. Very disappointed. I've now emailed and called to request a refund, but still received no response.

After taking my payment of $179, and after my conversations with them regarding a timetable to have my house cleaned, they informed me that they do not now and never had serviced my area. Oh, and by the way, we are not returning your money. Angie's List personnel will not help me as my complaint to them was made outside of their 30 day guarantee period. Of course I didn't find out about the problem with Major Maid until long after the 30 day period. I have cancelled my membership, filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and I have to go to small claims court to get my money back from Major Maid. Trust me, I know this sounds very one-sided, but it is accurate. I have the email.

Getting them scheduled was very difficult. The owner said she had medical issues, but it took a long time to get them scheduled.

They were great! Very nice and did a great job on the house! We hired them to continue on a bi weekly basis.

We scheduled the cleaning to be done on a Friday and through the week the schedule changed a couple times but we ultimately landed on the service being provided the day we originally scheduled. Bianca and her staff showed up promptly and were very professional. They got right to work when they arrived and were very personable. I left them to work as I ran a few errands and they continued working hard to clean the property. I will definitely reach out to Bianca to help us to clean the other rental properties we have as needed. We're happy with the results.

Absolutely terrible.

We were never called to set up an appointment so we called them. After 3 tries, we got a call back and got an appointment scheduled. The cleaning service never showed up. After waiting 2 hours, we called them and got a text message back saying the leader was sick. We were sorry to hear that but have no confidence in this company so a refund was requested and received

Poorly. Unprofessional on phone - thought I had the wrong number. Difficult to understand. Rescheduled 2-3 times. (Car problems). Promised inside oven and microwave to be cleaned. Oven not touched. Blinds were haphazardly dusted. Owner had more car trouble so sent substitutes. Called me to rate their service. I told her my concerns. She told me she would return and correct the problems. She told me she would come on the following Saturday and would call with a time. I rearranged plans for that day. Never called, never showed. Would never recommend them.

Ladies were professional and very thorough. Will definitely use them in the future.

Major Maids did a great job cleaning our home. They were very nice and had all their own supplies. I would hire them again!

They were 2 hours late....streaks left on stainless steel appliances. We were their 4th house of the day. They were pleasant but tired. Very difficult to get in touch with them to verify they were coming
