Our washer was leaking when we turned it on. Had no idea how to fix it so we called King of Prussia Appliance Repair. The owner called me back, made an appointment for later that day and arrived when he said he would. Worked on the problem. Explained some points on how the washer worked. Charged us a fee that was very fair, and said if anything else came up or if we had any questions, just call him back. Very workmanlike, evident he's done this for a long time. Clean, fast, effective
