+ -1 morewas very professial and even though we did not have any work done I would certainly call on them again
Description of Work: He evaluated my wall oven which is very old and said that he could repair it. He did have the part for $400.00 and was willing to, but for the price it was probably not worth it since the oven was of an age when something else was likely to go wrong soon. He suggested that buying a new one would be in the long run more economical. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty.

+ -1 moreOur washer was leaking when we turned it on. Had no idea how to fix it so we called King of Prussia Appliance Repair. The owner called me back, made an appointment for later that day and arrived when he said he would. Worked on the problem. Explained some points on how the washer worked. Charged us a fee that was very fair, and said if anything else came up or if we had any questions, just call him back. Very workmanlike, evident he's done this for a long time. Clean, fast, effective
Description of Work: He had our washer apart in 5 minutes, found a hose had disconnected, re-connected it and had the machine back together in 5 minutes.
