Excellent! This company is outstanding! I recommend them highly above all others. Price-wise, they were in the middle of the three flooring stores we visited, but I was happy to pay a little extra for such excellent service. It truly was outstanding and one of the best experiences you can have with construction in your house. Their installers are longtime employees, not contractors, which is very important and makes a huge difference. They showed up exactly when promised, they moved all our furniture in and out of the rooms they were working on, they did a beautiful job, and they completed the work exactly in the time they promised to have it done. The owner himself came out first with samples so we could match the flooring in the hallway exactly, and he did the measuring as well. As soon as they got the wood from the factory they delivered it right away, and after it had a few days to acclimate in the house we got right on the schedule and they started the work. Also, many years ago we had hired them to put carpet in a room in our old house and again that was a great experience. Go here!!

First, the purchase experience was great!  This is the second purchase we have made from King Carpet Mart and have been satisfied both times.  We were most impressed by the guys who came and did the installation.  They moved the furniture, took up the old carpet, and laid the new.  They moved the furniture back in place, and even took a few minutes to vacuum the living room carpet.  Everything went smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about disposing of the old rugs.

It was perfect. I would absolutely recommend them. This is the second time we used them and we really like them. We got exactly what we wanted.

King's Carpet Mart was great to work with from advice and selection to measurements and lead time to material availability and installation. Everything went smoothly and worry-free and looked perfect when they were done.

King Carpet had an excellent selection, and we worked directly with one of the owners in the shop to select the appropriate quality.  He came to the house to measure, arriving when he said he would and was done within 20 minutes.  The installers came when they said they would, and the installation team was very professional.  The work was done well, and they cleaned up when done.  We are very pleased with the results.  We will be using them again

Purchase - The sales manager understood exactly what I was looking for and the best options for me.  He was able to work within my budget and still give me the high quality product I needed.  I was a little uncertain if I was really going to like the carpet, but he insisted it would look great.  And I have to say... the specks of color really look amazing in my rooms.

Installation - Two gentleman showed up to complete the install.  They were on-time, professional, and courteous.  Immediately they began moving my furniture being very careful not to scratch my newly painted walls.  They quickly installed the carpet and moved my furniture back.  I didn't have to lift a finger!  The installers cleaned up the mess left over and left my place just as it was when they came.... just with better carpet!

They did a really great job! The carpet looks great! The men cleaned up after the job and they were very polite. I would definitely recommend them.

THE REPRESENTATIVE, VINCE, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. VINCE WAS ABLE TO STEER ME TOWARD COST-EFFECTIVE OPTIONS FOR CARPETING MY BEDROOM. VINCE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS VERY HONEST THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THEY INSTALLED ON A SATURDAY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MEET MY TIGHT INSTALLATION TIMELINE.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH REMOVING THE OLD FLOOR. NOTHING WAS SCRATCHED. THEY WERE VERY POLITE.
