We had a very large area of tile and grout that we wanted cleaned (large kitchen and dining area, foyer, 3 bathrooms, 2 walk-in closets), along with 6 dining room chairs. Paul was very prompt and the estimate was clear. He explained the process in great detail. The job started at the agreed upon date/time and was done professionally. After the job was done, we decided to color seal the grout. The color match was perfect and our entire tiled floor looks like the day it was installed! We will definitely use Kapllan again. We could not be more pleased!
