Hard to get when needed. Gave me one price and than billed me for 2.5 times the original written estimate. Was told by a neighbor that he was not good. Took a chance and hired him.

The job went extremely well and I am very happy with the look.

I called and the phone was answered right away. I told the receptionist what our needs were, what we had questions about, what we hoped to accomplish. She said we would need to meet with the owner and set up an appt for him to come out. On the scheduled date and time, someone else came out instead of the owner. After showing this person what we had in mind and told him our questions and ideas, he proceeded to tell us the owner would be able to address our needs better. Well, yeh....we already knew that, not sure why they sent someone else out instead. He told us he would have the owner call us. We never heard anything. From that point on, none of our calls were answered at all, messages left were not replied to. Both my father and I tried to get through to them. My advice - DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!! They are completely unprofessional!

They were very good. We were very pleased. They were punctual, polite and clean.

In spite of a professional referral from the vendor EP Henry, we received no contact whatsoever from this contractor either to schedule an appointment or a call to courtesy decline to quote because they were too busy.

John Sayers, the owner of the company has been a pleasure to work with. He has done paving, tree work, stucco work, landscape work for me. He's a great person to work with and his crews are very good. His employees have been working for John for a long time so there is a strong sense of pride in work completed. The job he has done for me has been complicated and involved changes. He still came in on budget and on time. Great contractor, great company. Highly recommended.
