Interstate Ventilation

I purchased a voucher to have Interstate Ventilation install a chimney cap, clean/sweep the chimney and perform a safety inspection (the cost of service includes the voucher). I called to make an appointment the week before the voucher was due to expire but was told that I would have to call back in two weeks to make an appointment to coincide with when the technicians would be in my area and was told that the company would still honor my voucher (which they did!). I set up the appointment and I received a call about a half hour prior to their arrival (on time). The technician (Charles) explained the process and asked if I had any questions. During the inspection they found a crack in the crown and a small piece of the chimney crown missing. Charles showed me a picture of the damaged crown on his phone and explained what needed to be done to make the repair and the additional cost. He also recommended that I update the chimney liner in 10 years for safety purposes. I agreed to have the crown repaired. After the repair to the crown was made and the cap installed, he showed me a picture of the final work product. I was very pleased with the work.
