Home Depot uses an outside contractor, Distinctive Window Treatments, to handle the measurement and installation of window blinds ordered from Home Depot King of Prussia. The representative from Distinctive called me promptly to arrange a visit to my home to measure the windows. It took approx. 1 week for the representative to do this initial visit. The representative from Distinctive then took an additional 2 days to communicate the window measurements to Home Depot. Once I received my window blinds (approx. 1 week from the Distinctive representatives visit to my home), I was unsuccessful at getting a representative to install the blinds. A representative failed to show up for appointments on 2 separate occasions. After 6 weeks and numerous calls to Home Depot and Distinctive Window Treatments I cancelled my installation order.

JOE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED MY NEW STORM DOOR. HE WAS POLITE AND ACCURATE WITH THE JOB AND REMOVED ALL TRASH AS WELL.
