The guys were at our home today. Extremely professional, polite, very clean, worked in a safe manner and explained everything very thoroughly. The best duct cleaning around!! Highly recommended.

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate for the work. Their scheduling time was about 4-5 weeks out but we were told that upfront. They texted me the day before the work was to be done as a reminder. Two workers showed up on time and were very professional in their work. They communicated to us throughout the day and even helped us to move a heavy bookcase that was partially blocking a vent. After the work was done, everything was put back and our home was cleaned of the dust that was generated. We received a report about 10 days later and an invoice that was exactly what was quoted. The guys were here for about 6 hours total and we were provided with both before and after photos. We would highly recommend them!!

DUCTZ of DelChester did an A+ job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent in my nearly 100 year old house. They were easy to communicate and coordinate with, showed up on-time, cleaned up after themselves and provided a timely before/after photo report of what they did. Having allergies and being fearful of dryer fires, I was amazed and very much relieved by the work that they did. I would highly recommend Tommy, Matt and their team!

Tommy and team recently cleaned my 30 year old duct work before we had a new heat pump installed. I called only a few days before my new unit was being installed, frantic that I had forgotten to schedule. I was so thankful that they were able to squeeze me in and get the job done in time. Tommy and his team were timely, courteous and focused on working through our challenging duct layout. My family of 4 was able to be home while they were cleaning and afterward, they did such a great job cleaning up that you would never know they were there. Highly recommend!!

They did a fine job; it wasn't really a complicated job. They cleaned the ducts and they had the proper equipment to do it for a Center City, Philadelphia condo building; I hired them because that's where they focus. I would recommend using their services.

We got initial recommendation from a relative who is in the property management business in a nearby City.  We contacted the local affiliate of the Ductz network in Philadelphia.  They were quite professional and gave us a thorogh explanation of their work and procedures.  The company follows is NADCA (National Association of Air Duct Cleaners) and EPA standards and their workers are trained and certified to adhere to such standards.  They were friendly and did work promptly and thoroughly.  We were quite satisfied.

My house is small and the stairs narrow so finding a provider that has the right equipment to fit in my house was a challenge. After calling Jabbar at Ductz I was able to have an appointment scheduled the next day. He showed up on time, explained the process and did a complete and thourough cleaning and sanitizing of all airducts and vent grills. He removed two plastic balls, a shirt and multiple baseball cards from my vent system! He even noticed the front dorr door knob was loose and took the time to tighten it. He set up quickly, and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recammend this provider.

Excellent service. I did pretty significant research in this area before selecting Ductz to do the work. Quotes I received for this job ranged from $250 to $1900. As I came to find out from my research, you have to be careful because there are companies out there that will clean your ducts for very cheap but those companies usually do not follow the method that is recommended by the EPA and endorsed by NADCA (Nat'l Assoc of Duct Cleaners). If you go on NADCA's website, you can search for companies certified by NADCA by area. I went through the list for my area and interviewed a number of companies and got quotes - Ductz seemed to be the best value in terms of quality of service, price, professionalism, and availability. Mr. Cheathem, the owner, showed up on time with one of his employees and got right to work. It took them about 8 hours to complete the entire house. They were very helpful, professional and clean in their work habits. It was well worth the money. They even took before and after pictures of the ducts to show us results. I would definitely recommend these folks to friends and family and will use them again in the future.
