Mike called me we discussed what our issue was. He gave me a good idea of the cost and was very accommodating to my schedule. I gave him a call when I was home. He had the part and came right over and fixed the valve. I would recommend him and would use his plumbing service again.

They do special brass fitting and stuff there. It’s like a high end hardware store. I got all my light switches and stuff there and the guy there told me that what they do is they take like furniture wax and they wax the brass in that way you don’t have to shied stuff all the time and he did it for me. When I bought them he takes care of it for me. He waxed them all, waited a few minutes then put another coat on and checks out. Then puts another coat on and bust it out. I've never had to polish the switches and I've had them for 10 years. If you wanted like a beautiful stuff for you sink or tub or anything they made really beautiful things. I couldn't find any brass that weren't just like press out and look just like the other ones. Those are really ornate and beautiful. I talked to so many people and that trick about the brass. Anyone who says it was brass and I tell him about it.

The price they charged was $400.00 over my original quote (the order was placed within a week of getting the quote). Additionally, they ordered a shower arm and head that did not work with my shower. The water hits the shower door and not the person in the shower. They supplied the entire new shower and knew where the shower head would be connected to the wall. When I brought this to their attention they were very reluctant to assist me. They even went so far as to tell me they recommended I purchase another shower head, which is an outright lie. They also have no quality control. My shower walls were delivered broken/cracked 3 times. Thankfully, one of the owners stepped in and corrected the problem. I found their integrity and professionalism to be greatly lacking.
