I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are great. They have a tyre service, and every time they have a sale. We moved to a new house, and my wife was trying to get out of an alley, and the tyre got stuck and burst. So I went to Costco, and they gave me a free tyre. 2 Weeks ago, they gave me a free tyre because they said that we are loyal customer. My wife then drove over a screw and the same tyre burst and they gave me another free tyre. I guess because I always buy my tyres from them, my wife does as well, and my father-in-law has bought twice from them as well.

I brought my car to the Costco tire center because I was experiencing lots of vibrations on my steering wheel when driving at highway speeds. They recommended balancing my tires to resolve this problem, which after several weeks of driving now, I can confidently say that they were right and they did a great job! They also rotated my tires even though I didn't know I needed to. The service people were friendly and the best part is that the service was free!

It went well. The service was fast. They are always helpful at the tire center. The rotations are free and we are always able to bring it past while we are shopping at Costco to have they check the tire pressure and rotate the tires for free. I also love that the prices noted for each tire include any fees or disposal charges so you know exactly what you are paying up front. The staff is helpful and nice to talk with.

I went there yesterday. They have what I need. The prices are good. The people are friendly.

They replaced the tire twice for FREE. They charge a little more up front but it's completely worth it because they do things like this. They saw that we've been a member for a while and have done a lot of business with their auto center and helped us. I was so surprised - especially the second time. I was expecting to pay right up until I took my wallet out and they said not to worry about it; I believe all I paid was tax.

They are great. They have good prices and a really good return policy. They are very efficient and it was a good experience.

It went very mediocre. They were very poor with their customer service skills. The price was reasonably competitive. They left out some very vital parts to this desk for hanging folders. The person who came and put the desk together left all of the wooden crate and trash from the packaging of the desk just laying amuck in our garage.

Service has always been excellent and the quality of the glasses is great. I have compared prices and the Costco price is about half of what you would pay in a private shop. A couple of years ago I broke my glasses accidentally and because it was less that a year since I had purchased them, Costo gave me a new pair at no charge. The opticians have always been very pleasant and helpful and the turn around time is reasonable - a week to 10 days. The only possible downside is that you may have to wait if it's a busy day.

THE FURNITURE IS REALLY LOVELY BUT IT TOOK A REALLY LONG TIME TO GET IT (THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT THE FACT THAT IT WOULD TAKE 12 WEEKS, AND THAT IS ALMOST EXACTLY AS LONG AS IT TOOK). 2 OF THE PIECES WERE DAMAGED WHEN WE RECEIVED THEM BUT THE VENDOR WAS GOOD ABOUT REPLACING THEM PROMPTLY. THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS UNEVEN (MUCH BETTER THE SECOND TIME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE SAME CARRIER-- SEKO) BUT THEY DID THE JOB AND REMOVED ALL THE PACKAGING.
