Accepted a deposit to perform work but never showed up to perform the job on the scheduled day. I asked for the depost back but he never returned it. CDJ never performed any work but accepted a $400.00 deposit.

I expected a call after the service was provided as I asked that certain things be looked into. I also expected that a receipt for the work be provided. Most gutter companies remove the debris that is removed but the material was left on the yard. Timeliness was fine but I still have open questions.

Chris was on time and did the work 24 hours after my initial call. The gutters have all been cleaned. I think for the price Chris should have cleaned up after himself. The original price was $130. When Chris was done I noticed a lot of clumps of gutter debris on the lawn. When I asked Chris why he didn't cleanup, he said a lot of customers consider the debris to be good for the lawn and want to leave it. I said, I thought his price was high enough that he should clean up. He said he would and asked me to supply trash bags. Again I said his price was high enough that he should supply his own bags. I told him if he took $10 off the price he wouldn't have to cleanup and he accepted my offer. If I has done a full walk around of the gutters, I would not have let him off so easy. The gutter debris (almost compost) was not just on the lawn, it was on my deck, on the rails of my fence and on paved walkways

"When the job was completed (removed member name) was asked for a trash can to put the debris in and she stated that I was to clean up and remove the debris from her property which is not a service provided. Debris from gutters normally gets cleaned up and put in the customers trash can or a designated place the customer dictates but we do not remove debris from property. The customer received a total discount of $55 for a house and detached garage that size."

Wanted to get gutters cleaned out before next rain storm. We were so glad they were able to get work done so quickly. They explained about problem with front gutter and how to correct the problem. Will have them out to install gutter guards and correct problem after we have some roof repairs. Great service!!!!!!!!

It was great both times! They told me when they were coming and showed up when they were supposed. They got right to work and cleaned up after themselves, couldn't even tell they had been there. The guys were very polite and filled me in on what they saw while they did the job. The price was great, in the past the service I used was more than double the price I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

They were very polite and friendly when they came out to give an estimate. We were very excited about having them come out to repair our gutters. They did come out and repair but when we looked at the repairs, their were still some issues. The work was average and we ended up having to spend an afternoon cleaning out our gutters ourselves as they left most of the debris/dirt that was weighing the gutters down. It was disappointing overall as we felt we could have done many of the things are selves after seeing what was done. I had to end up going out and removing something they added as it was not connected and had to purchase my own downspout at Lowes and install it ourselves.

"Customers wife was walked through every step of what would be done and was given repair options that could fix the issues they were having. On the day the services were preformed the costomers wife was home and was walked through what was done and was asked if it was satisfactory in which she had replied yes. If the repairs that were done did not work the customer was instructed to let us know and we would then come back out to discuss more possiblities that might fix the problems that have existed from the time they bought the house. If we do not receive a call we can not know that the problem is still existing and we can not attempt to fix it."
