He did a damn good job. He came early, worked hard and stayed late to try to finish it up. There were no problems. I'd give him an A plus plus. My family is happy with it. It was a money well spent.

I would highly recommend him! He was very honest with me about price and has done a very satisfactory job ever since.

Excellent--pleasantly surprised! All employees were courteous, responsive, professional and punctual! We are very happy with the system and wish he could teach other contractors how to treat clients and their property.

My A/C broke Friday night, so I called them first thing Saturday morning. Terry Caldwell was very prompt in returning my emergency call and came out within 2 hours. When he came out, he inspected my A/C and determined that it could not be fixed due to the fact the unit is old and the part would be hard to come by. The fee for this call on a Saturday was $150 but he did not charge me. My only complaint is that I did not find him to be very friendly (sort of rude, even) and he was in such a rush to leave that he did not spend any time with me to go over my options. He stated he wrote down the part I needed and said good luck in finding it. I have a 4 year old son who suffers from Asthma so I was really concerned about what to do given we were in a heat wave when our unit broke. I understand they have a good reputation, but I probably would not hire them.

They scheduled me for 2 hours to check and clean both units and gave me a specific time they would be there. This was a nice change from the first place that was recommended to me here that couldn't even give me a day they would come out much less a time, or the place I used, where I used to live that would give a 4 to 5 hour window for the appointment. He was very professional, on time took care of everything and cleaned up when he was done.

They were excellent and gave a discount when I asked about mfr-sponsored interest-free financing. The co. is a split from Difilippos in paoli (Taylor Caldwell worked there and did work for us years ago).
