We don't recommend this landscaper. Our lawn did not improve and weeds proliferated. There were red flags about the service - they never would leave a note or a flag to indicate when they had applied a treatment. The customer service was terrible. When we called in mid summer 2013 and requested that they send someone to look at dead spots in the lawn (no grass). They said they would, but no one ever called us to discuss the issue. Spring 2014, we scheduled someone a week in advance to look at the new weeds in the lawn. They never showed up. When we called after the appointment time had passed, the receptionist said that they were working on the "other side of town" and had decided that they could not come by. They should have told us that in advance. When we told them we did not want to continue their services, the receptionist hung up on me!
