Bruce's Plumbing & Heating

Bruce took care of my emergency with the backed up sewer system with professional courtesy, expediency and incredible knowledge. I highly recommend his services for all plumbing and water heater issues.

Bathroom pipes and shower head froze and cracked leading to non-functional shower. We called Bruce Plumbing and Ryan from his team came and fixed the pipe and changed the shower head. Bruce and his team saved us again. I am glad that we have Bruce and his team who we can trust with our plumbing and heating repairs.

We had a frozen pipe/burst issue because of the inclement weather. I called Bruce and he returned my call back and looking at the urgency of the situation, he told me that someone from his team would be at our place soon. Ryan and Taylor showed up soon and started working right away. They worked for almost 10 straight hours until 1 am finding out and fixing every leak in the water pipe and hot water pipes in the baseboard heater. I can confidently say that they were highly knowledgeable and skillful with lots of experience as they kept referring to some of their past works. We felt really bad for them as more and more leaks kept popping up and it was already too late. However, they were determined to at least get us our heat back before they left for the night which they accomplished. I highly appreciate their work ethics and would definitely hire them again for any future issues.

They came out and replaced the hot water heater. They didn't set the thermostat right on the hot water heater. I had to come and reset it and I am not a plumber. I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Bruce around 9:30am on Saturday morning and receive a return phone call in less than 15 minutes. I explained the issue and he provide a couple of options over the phone. The options ranged from stop gap measures to full replacement of the water heater. We decided to replace the water heater which is situated under our kitchen counter top. He arrived with the water heater shortly after 11am. He took apart the cabinet enclosing the water heater, removed the old unit, installed the new unit and assembled the cabinet again. Bruce and his assistant Al, cleaned up and were finished the job by 1:30pm. Our weekend was saved!

I HAVE USED HIM BEFORE FOR MORE EXTENSIVE PLUMBING JOBS. OCCASIONALLY, I HAVE TO WAIT A DAY OR SO FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL, BUT HE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO ME.
