 + -1 moreThey did manage to unclogged my kitchen drain (which the previous plumber could not) however they left a disaster. First the removed a check valve in order to access the clog. However when they put back the check valve they cross threaded it causing a lose connection. When someone used the downstairs bathroom it leaked and we had to clean up sewage. They also spattered the muck from the drain everywhere. It was on carpets, walls, golf clubs, antique furniture, Christmas ornaments, and floors. It got everywhere. It took days to cleanup (I am still not sure I got everything) and I had to throw away so much stuff because it was ruined beyond repair.
