They did an excellent job! The cost seemed a little high to me, but I really don’t know what is considered reasonable. Their estimate was much lower than another plumber I had called. I am very happy with the results!

I’ve been using Marano for all of our a/c, heating, and plumbing issue for the past 10 years. I’ve never been disappointed. Most recently, our a/c unit went out on us on a 90 degree day while we have 5mo old and 2yr kids. With short notice they got someone out to us that afternoon within the time window we got. After checking out the system they quickly the had the unit up and running, cooling our house.

Great. They were able to come for an emergency call. They fixed the garbage disposal also found a leaky pipe. They were honest and professional.

We always prefer to use and support local businesses - especially those that are family owned. Plumbing and HVAC problems NEVER occur at a good time. The Marano's have ALWAYS responded promptly, professionally and courteously - even on weekends and holidays. We are on a first name basis with Dan and Susan as well as the field representatives. All work has been done on time, on budget and with ample supporting documentation. Highly recommended.

I have used Marano for : installing a garbage disposal.....for replacing lg. size toliet...and the above (my hot water was very low)
I thought I would have to replace my water heater as it is over 10 yrs. old...but the service provided my Marano was better
than the original...hot water thruout! I am very pleased with their service. I live in Glen Mills and Marano is located in Kenneth Square but I have never had to wait. The and quot;guysand quot; are great, very efficient, fast and thorough....they waste no time.

I contacted Marano and they found that the other contractor had disconnected a part of my unit that caused the other part to fail. While I'm sure the disconnection was an honest mistake, we had no A/C during a heat wave and the former contractor said he could not come back for several days (he had just left hours before). |Morano came out that afternoon, corrected the problem in less than a half hour and we had A/C in no time. I will most certainly continue to use Marano - they were efficient, the quality of their work is good and they saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing and fixing the problem. I feel they are a company I can trust. My thanks for a job well done!

Service people were professional, neat and completed work on time.

My hot water heater sprung a leak a few days before Thanksgiving and I looked up the heater I wanted on the Bradford White website and they had a list of installers in my area. I first called SM since they service my furnace but when I requested a quote they said someone would get back to me. I waited a few hours and called again without any results. The weekend was here and I was in a panic so I called Marano Plumbing from the Bradford list and we discussed the heater model options and I got a quote right then over the phone. They came out the same day and stuck with the quote, did a professional job without any emergency service fee and I was up and running. By the way, I've since looked up the price on the water heater alone and found results ranging from $1200 to $2000.

They answered my phone calls, provided good timely estimate, performed service promptly, did very good job and modified estimates. They also followed up.

Excellent, extremely prompt, personable and professional. Would highly recommend.
