 + -1 moreMy computer was running slowly and overheating and shutting off and I thought I needed a new one, but Jim was able to get it running perfectly . He took it apart and cleaned all of the pieces and put it back together and that did the trick (he is a former auto-mechanic!). He also installed some anti-virus software that was free on the internet but that I didn't know about, thus saving me $100 I would have spent on Norton. This software is better than Norton. Catches everthing! So even though I spent $137, it was really a net $37. He did the work quickly and right away.
Description of Work: Fixed my computer that I thought was finished...took it apart and cleaned each piece and put it back together.
