It went very well.  He was professional and pleasant to have in my home.  I would call him again.

John explained everything and showed me what had happened to our water system, due to very hard water (which was not a surprise to me).  He pointed out that prior service people had set pressure to a dangerous level and omitted a blow-out valve that could have caused a catastrophic failure.  He returned at my request 10 days later to investigate low water pressure.  He found another faulty valve and removed it, refusing even a tip for this return trip.  he says he's available 24/7 to his customers and I believe it.  Very professional and knowledgable.

The plumber talked to himself while doing the work but got it done quickly and he explained the issues with each item he repaired.  Walked me thru how to verify well bladder was working correctly. Cleaned up after he was completed.  After he presented the bill he gave me his card and told me to call him, day or night, direct if any issues with the repairs.

The plumber was good at explaining what the problem was and what he did to fix it. I came away with a better knowledge of plumbing and the problem was resolved.

Everything went very well.

He was very good to work with and down to earth. Called on a Saturday morning with six women visiting for my son's graduation. Water wasn't working at all. Could have charged big weekend rate but found way to get us through the weekend then do the work during the week. He has been back out a couple of more times since for other items and has been consistently good to work with.

He is great. He's fast, he responds quickly and he is most reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

The plumber arrived at the appointed times. I doubted that the first attempt would work, but thought it was worth trying to possibly avoid cutting a hole in the ceiling. They had to cut the hole anyway, but the leak was fixed.

DON MITTEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. HE IS A NO NONSENSE TYPE OF GUY. HE IS HARD WORKING & COMPETENT. HIS PRICE WAS THE LOWEST AND GIVEN THE QUALITY OF WORK HE DID, THE VALUE OF HIS WORK WAS BY FAR THE BEST.

EXCELLENT WORK; PRICES IN HIGH RANGE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN PLUMBING! IN PREVIOUS YEARS MITTEN PLUMBING HAS ALSO INSTALLED WATER SOFTENING SYSTEM FOR ME.
