They were excellent. They were on time. They were here when they said they would be. They did not leave any mess behind. They were very good. I recommend their price and the people who worked highly. Their price was very fair. They guy was really nice to talk to, and they were prompt.

After another handyman service who didn't show up (twice), I called Richard Brooks about the problem on a Thursday. He asked me questions on the phone, came out to look at the problem first hand on Saturday, and he and one of his employees (Bob) come to the house on Monday. Although there was more to the project than we originally thought (par for the course for home repair projects, in my experience), they kept after it and fixed it. Overall, I was impressed with their professionalism and their responsiveness.

MR. BROOKS IS VERY EXPERIENCED IN EVERYTHING FROM CARPENTRY TO ELECTRICAL WORK. A GREAT HANDYMAN! I HAVE HIRED HIM FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS, AND SEVERAL PENDING PROJECTS.
