It was 5:00 pm on one of the hottest days so far this summer. The temperature outside was 98 and suddenly our condominium's air conditioner just quit. I called our regular HVAC service, but they were way too busy and could not respond for 24 hours. I then called my son who referred me to Harmony Heating. He said they had performed great work during his recent major remodeling and he was very pleased with them. He also said that the company was located over 30 miles away and, knowing how hot it was, he said "good luck". It was now 6:00 pm and the temperature inside was nearing 85. I searched online and found a phone number. It turned out to be the owner's home and the owner's wife said that he was very busy but she would convey the message. We fully expected that we would have to spend the night in a hotel in order to escape the oven our apartment had become.
To our surprise, at about 7:00 pm the company's owner, Jim Clark, called us back. He said they were very busy but he'd see what he could do. Roy, the technician from Harmony Heating, arrived at 8:00 pm. About two hours after Roy arrived he had the cool air circulating. By the time we retired for the night the temperature inside was 78 versus the 88 degrees hours earlier. We gladly signed up for an annual maintenance contract; having saved the cost and bother of going to a hotel. We became instant fans of Harmony Heating.
