Setup the appointment quickly, refi was done without any hitches. Even sent me a $25 refund of a slight overcharge.

Anvil took care of most of the things required for my closing. I only had to sign one document in advance of closing to get the payoff information for my existing loan. The closing went well. Started on time and finished in less than an hour. They were able to answer all of our questions during the closing.
The only complaint that I had was that I did not get advance notice of how much money I had to bring to the closing table until I called them the morning of the closing. Also, I was not informed that I needed a bank cashier's check for the closing money until I asked if a personal check was acceptable. I had to rush to the bank and just made it there before they closed. It had been years since I did a closing and I remember using a personal check the last time.
Still, it was an overall good experience.
