It was great experience working with DTY. Karl provided us options on design and he was very helpful to map our needs and give us design options to select. This was 50% of the work. Then came execution to the design. They had an outstanding crew. They were very professional and everything was created just like the print. They really wow'd everyone. We were very impressed with the overall experience. They are pricey but it is worth it.

We initially saw this company at the home and garden show. Reached out to them and my husband told them what we were looking for. Within 24 hours, the company did an initial sketch (based off of google map info) of what the roof would look like and what was needed as well as the estimate. Although we decided to not install a roof, the price was in line with other estimates and I believe the quality of work that would've been provided would be great based on the photos that we saw as well as the detailed schematic the company provided.We were very impressed with this company, so much so, I have provided their info to colleagues asking about a deck or roof for a deck.

Although we did not go with a roof, we were very impressed with the responsiveness and detailed work provided by this company. Also, their quote was in line with others we received, this company truly understood the structural needs required for proper installation.

Deck the Yards and Bob Viviano did an excellent job for us. We are very pleased with their work ethics and the meticulous job they performed.

My mother met with Bob and asked for an estimate regarding replacing the flooring on the deck of her house. It has been several months and we still haven't heard back from him. If he was not interested in the work he should not have wasted our time. Very unprofessional.

He came out when he said he would and gave me a detailed quote in a timely manner. The quote was for about $110,000. The process was very good. He came out and provided an excellent sketch of the project and a nice proposal. Bob seemed to grasp what I wanted very quickly as evidenced by the accurate sketch. It was pretty much exactly what I originally requested. He also seemed like he would be a pretty good person to work with and showed an impressive attention to detail. I went back to him and asked for a few modifications to the scope and I never heard back from him again. He was good overall. He went above and beyond during the quote process, but it would have been nicer for him to follow through with the requested revised proposal. I'm sure that Contractors bid multiple jobs and I understand that they need to screen potential customers rather than waste time with duds. Unfortunatley, I did not make it through the screening process with Bob. I am reasonably confident that I would have used him had he followed through with a revised proposal.

One of the best contractor experiences we've had. They were definitely expensive but I have to say it was worth it. A great experience, we would use them again and highly recommend them.

Will never know. Decided to use someone willing to call me back.

They went through all options and products that we had to select from. Gave us opinions on what the owner had done in the past and what worked well. His people were trustworthy and always cleaned up after themselves. I never felt like they were just interested in the sale. The porch is beautiful and looks like it has always been there, which is exactly how we wanted it. I have received a lot of positive feedback all my neighbors are impressed with it and so am I.
