He is a contractor who the terrible contractor sub contracted the job to.  He is really good.  He does excellent work.  He did all the work in the house.  I hired him directly after we got rid of the other contractor.  He isn’t even pricey.  I can have him do small things all winter because I am disabled as I can’t do too much of anything.
