The two people were very courtious, prompt, and professional. They showed up on time.

The final result was better than we expected.  The sixteen year old tile looks brand new.

It saved us a lot of money over replacing tile, etc.

They did a very nice job. The job was neat and well done. They were neat about picking up afterwards. I don't know too many people that do that kind of work to be able to compare their price. I think the price was comparable. I always thought it was a very good job. The guy was very responsive at that time. I am having a little bit more difficulty now getting hold of him. I had to call him a couple of times and he was supposed to come out. But something came up and he had to reschedule. I am still waiting to hear from him. He was on time. He was nice to be around. He did everything he said he was going to do. My sister-in-law had work done with him too and she was pleased. He seems to be consistent with the quality of work. I will be using him again.

Company responded very promptly to our inquiry and gave us a quote by phone for their basic services. Two competent and professional workers came to our home and completed the job in about four hours. They were careful and clean. In addition, they re-grouted a vanity sink at our request and for no additional cost. The quality of the work is outstanding.
