the service person was extremely friendly, helpful, prompt and efficient. He had our two tv's working quickly and even took the time to explain an issue with one of the wires and a common problem we may encounter again.

- We had recently moved to a new area (Indiana, PA) and needed internet installed. Our only option for the area was Comcast, so we had not choice of providers. The first installer came out and installed the wireless system in the basement. He allegedly checked it out on our computers and said all was well and left. When we tried to use it, however, it failed to connect no matter what we did. We then had to call to company to have them come out to re-install the system because the first one was not working. They could not send anyone for 4 days. The second installer did a quick fix by moving all the equipment up into the office on the first floor. That solved the problem. The service itself is slow and unpredictable. We need to recycle our router frequently and service does go out intermittently. I am not sure why this is because we are not in a rural area.

Went well. Only complaint is that the installer could have zipped tied the wires up better. I went back through and cleaned up the outside wires which were run next to my satellite wires.

Once my introductory cost ended, my invoice tripled. I called Comcast to cancel all premium channels and just go to basic cable to avoid the high price increase. Once I was finally able to speak to a "live" person (it took approximately ten minutest after all the prompts and being placed on hold to speak to a real person, which is very frustrating) I was informed I was eligible for another offer that would entitle me to the premier package for ten more dollars per month than what my introductory cost was. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything to me. She adjusted my invoice to reflect the new cost and made sure I understood the price is good for six months and that I will need to call back at the end of that time to change my package.
I was very satisfied overall.
The only complaint I had about the phone call was how long it took to speak to a real person on the telephone.

Have had Internet with them for a few years had had many techs out to my home still Internet goes out daily now tried to get them to give me a regular cable modem and they will not do it because my bill will drop and they want to make more money by charging for the rental of there modem. Com cast is a big mistake they don't honor there on time guarantee had an appointment for the 6th time and they never showed up. And when I called they said they would reschedule. Wouldn't use them for Internet unless you want problems.

Not completely happy with there customer service, they are always really nice, but it is like they are condescendingly nice, its like they read from a script even when they say they are sorry and apologize and say they are willing to help. I don't like that. I want them to sympathize with me and my frustration. Not very happy with their price, they suckered us in with the 19.95 introductory price and then once your with them for a while they raise the price. We had an issue with the boxes they sent us, one was defective, and the TV would go out in the middle of the show. They are the only cable provider in our area.

The installation went very smoothly. The service man was half an hour early and extremely friendly and talkative. He really reversed my view of "the cable guy" by his punctuality and left me with a good impression of the company.
