Rentals - Trucks
The experience was semi-terrible. I went in to rent a truck and they were ready for me. I parked my car in the lot. When I came back to turn the truck in, somebody had hit my front bumper on my Sebring convertible. It wasn't really a bumper; it was a wrap around lower panel that fits under the grille. Somebody hit the edge of it and knocked the whole d*amn thing loose. I went in to tell them about it. They said they don't take any responsibility for any vehicles parked on their lot. They said they had 2 video cameras on the property but they couldn't access them right away but they would let me know and I'm still waiting. I've never gotten any response back from them except for attitude at the time.
