 + -1 moreThe property manager paid Gary's, who never did the work. I eventually got a fine from the city for not having the grass cut. I paid a neighbor to have him cut the grass. Gary's came out the next day and charged me for a mowing.
Description of Work: They were hired by my property management company to cut grass at my rental property.
