Retail personnel were very helpful, did not pressure, they let you browse and look around, and then offered advice. We purchased some new tables that were unique. Prices were reasonable, and the quality they sell is far better than what the chain stores offer. We also just recently had an older chair (not from Wolf's) that broke. We called them and they had it repaired for us. They are a very reputable company and I will always go there in the future.
