Very professional and actually installed ahead of schedule. Reasonably priced also.

 Scott was awesome to talk with and never once pressured us. We had about 6 companies give us a quote and even though Salem Windows wasn't the least priced we really liked Scott and his professionalism. # of the other companies pressured us so bad I couldn't wait to get them out of the house. Because our road is busy with trucks we went with triple pane on 5 of the windows. It really helped with the sound. Before new windows we put plastic on the windows and you can see the plastic move on windy days. Now they are so awesome. The house is holding the heat in and in the summer keeping the heat out. We loved his warranty as well. The installer Brian was great as well. Very neat and professional. He was quick yet precise. I am a contractor so trust me I kept an eye on the progress.

From the start, when Scott Salem arrived at my home and discussed window options/prices, I knew we were in good hands! They've installed numerous windows in my home and the workmanship, knowledge and personable attitude the crew displayed was extraordinary. The windows look great and I will utilize their expertise in the very near future to complete window replacement in my home. Great job Scott!

We originally called Salem Window Company to replace only our front and screen door. When a member of the Salem family came to our house with a laptop computer to show us all their door styles and choices, he also, at our request, showed us their triple-paned windows. We were impressed with their window heat exchange demonstration and sold by their no-interest financing for 5 years. There was no pressure to buy, only useful information and courtesy by the salesman. The job took about 4 days total and we couldn't have been happier with the work or the results. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, and they showed up on time and ready to work. Our front door is more than I hoped for and has totally changed the look of our house. The windows are everything we were told they were. They are energy efficient, easy to clean and operate, secure, and really pretty to look at. With the new door and windows, I was amazed at how much less outside noise is heard from inside the house.
The two men who did the job were so conscientious and respectful of our property. They even put cardboard in our yard where they were cutting wood so there wouldn't be sawdust in the grass. Their measurements were spot on and they were fun to watch. They had to make a new sill for our large living room window and when the guy made the cuts and brought the piece in, it fit like a glove. We paid exactly the price quoted, even though they accidentally ordered us the way more expensive door handle. They vacuumed everywhere they worked before they left and there was no evidence that they were ever there except for the drastic improvement of our house.
We tell lots of people about Salem Window Company. We will be needing some glass block windows someday and we will be hiring them again.
