Brian and his assistant did an excellent job. They were here for a little less than 2 hours. In addition to installing the faucet, they discovered a problem with the garbage disposal that had some debris. They fixed that as well. I thought the charges were a little on the higher side. They accepted a coupon which helped. However, I was extremely satisfied with their service. Did a professional job. After the installation, they checked to make sure there were no leaks etc.

He tried all the normal stuff but the drain wouldn't open, when we determine the pipe was froze he really could fix it but gave me sugestions on how to thaw it with heat tape.  He was her for almost 45 minutes trying to help me. When he went to leave I asked him how much and he said nothing. When was the last time you heard that? Super nice guy.

I call them and they told me the charge before hand for a minimum two hour service charge, so I knew up front the cost. The repairman was here in less than an hour. He first correted the clog, and then took the time to clean the entire line to the street finding another problem with roots he cleared also. That drain now works better than it has in 25 years. I am one happy camper and would call them first in a heartbeat!

The service was good. It weren't cheap, they did it all and always it's everything you need to do, you should have it done yesterday so when you do that you trade off, so have to pay more. I would recommend them.

start to finish it took a while to complete, they diangnoised the problem and then didn't return for 2 weeks to complete the job due to other commitments caused by flood in the area. Once they returned it didn't take long to complete the repairs.

They recommended a solution that I pour down the toilet that eats the roots. They let me know that this can work very effectively for preventative maintenance.
