We very much appreciated their concern for Binky's well being and we know that we have found a veterinarian for life. I highly recommend Richland Veterinary Hospital to anyone who is in need of a good veterinarian who cares.

We visited Richland Veterinary Hospital on August 8,2013 for an initial visit and again on September 5, 2013 for a follow-up visit. Dr. Nancy Wunz and the staff at RVH were very professional, caring and attentive to our cat. Our cat was very anxious and nervous, and the staff did everything they could to put him at ease and to get us in and out quickly. The visit went well (as well as a vet visit with an anxious cat can go) and we are very happy with the service and care we received. I am very happy to have found such a wonderful vet office so close to my home.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet hospital. I feel like my dog is receiving the highest quality of care. Dr. Claycomb is SO good with my dog that she doesn't even mind going to the vet anymore. The only negative I can say is that they are pricey, but I think they are worth it.

We always see Dr. Sanderson, who is so caring and gentle, and always takes his time with us to answer questions, and you can tell he truly loves animals. The staff is courteous and we rarely have to wait very long. The cost is a bit high, but to us, our animals are worth it and the care they receive is exceptional.

Very thoughtful when we lost our little Charlie. Fees are reasonable and all the vets in the practice have been excellent. They call to check on animals after treatment for illnesses or injuries.

They had given my dog a shot for lyme disease and said that she could have a reaction. I got her home and she died on my bed and I gave her mouth to mouth, got her breathing and they said bring her in right away because her lungs were filling up with fluid. I got her in and the fluid was running down my back and all over the front seat of my car and as soon as we get there she sits up and is fine. They came out and took her in and took a sample of the fluid off my coat and they checked her out and she was fine. They even stayed later to make sure she was ok and made her comfortable. She is a rescue dog and get scared easily and they take the time with her to make sure she doesn't get scared. They said she doesn't get those shots anymore and this only happens in 5% of the cases and my dog is in that 5%.

As usual, the office was running on time. All of the folks that we dealt with were very kind and good with my dog. They took her to be weighed and then brought her back to me and performed the exam without making her (she is a geriatric dog) get up on the table. The vet made a few suggestions about arthritis treatments but was not pushy in any way and listened to me when I said what I did and did not want to do. He then gave her shots and we went out into the waiting room to pay. The waiting room was busy but the staff moved everyone through very quickly. The entire process from arrival to exam to leaving was about 30 minutes.
