I purchased the tree I picked out. Went home and planted it the next day. Within apx six weeks the tree was dying. I called Rays nursery for advise not once..not twice but a total of seven times. I was told on two occasions that I planted it wrong....that I used fertilizer which I didn't...that I didn't water properly which I did...needless to say the tree died...I called and was told to bring a branch in for analysis. At that time I was told the tree was dead and there was no alternative. I was out my $125.00 from the purchase of the tree. Dave (not sure of his real title) said there is never a refund on any of their plants etc... Needless to says I was irate. Never Never Never do business with Rays Nursery and his employee Dave...they never returned calls ...they just don't care...They had my money and all I was left with was a dead tree.
