+ -1 moreI had my gas furnace replaced. I don’t use them anymore. What happened was that I got high efficiency gas furnace put in and I called for a seasonal tune-up in Sept or Oct of the season, that was like a couple years after I got as I don’t have to do it every year and they sent one of their guys who really wasn’t focussed that day and there was communication breakdown and I quit using them. I was on the phone while he was here and I was on the phone as I could not ignore that phone because it was for the service that I was paying for. So when they left, I was not informed of, if everything was OK. And when I called Mr.McCreary, he said why where you on phone when my person was there and I thought he just lost a customer. In all honesty I have not found anyone down the road for heating even as I am looking for now.
Description of Work: I used Mc Creary Plumbing & Heating to get my gas furnace replaced.
