OVerall, the visits don't typically take too long. Certain times of the year (sick season) you may wait a little longer, but that is going to be expected of a pediatric practice. Most of the physicians, PA's, nurses and receptionists are very friendly. However, it has been my experience that some of the providers are much more knowledgable than others. I now request only certain doctors or PAs due to this fact. I had an issue with some of the suggestions (or rather lack there of) made by one of their newer PAs and ended up dealing with a sick baby because of this. My mother's intuition was right and I should've followed my gut. BUT, that is really the ONLY negative thing I can say about this practice and I have been going there for over 5 years with my daughter and my 6 month old son has probably been there 10 times already. Overall, I highly recommend them and prefer Brad, Dr. Barto, Carrie, and Dr. Lambert for my children.

I usually go in and wait for the doctor to come in the room. Being in a small town I know the doctors all personally so we talk for a few minutes and then I tell them what is going on with me. They do ask a lot of questions but I think that's just to help them figure out what is wrong, and then they advise me on what to or write a prescription and then a follow up appointment is made about a month later.

I have been going here for four years. The doctors here are great. They take the time to explain things.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Barto and his entire staff....so dedicated, so friendly. A very experienced doctor, and, equally important to me, a nice, nice person. While we prefer to see Dr. Barto, we have had "sick visits" with other doctors in this practice and the level of care is equally great. We've had no problems whatsoever in the 6+ years that we've been going there.
