No matter when we call there, they will try to get us in as soon as possible, and they have done that ever since we bought the jeep. They are very fair and they will talk to you about what they find let you decide if you want it done or not. They have a nice waiting area where there are nice chairs coffee and donuts. They have worked with me by picking the car up at my work, and when they are done, they will bring the keys back to the front desk for me. They know their business and I feel very comfortable with them.

ABS control also affects 4 wheel drive system, not good situation in western Pa during winter. Laurel did great job getting Jeep back on road.

Overall not a bad price for mopar parts. They drove me to work, picked me back up again. I got rid of my Jeep Grand Cherokee so I no longer take my cars there. Overall won't buy a Chrysler vehicle again, but that's not their fault.

They are very professional and they will call you often. The have numerous dealerships of most all makes and models of cars. When you ask them to check something they seem very responsive, their service is very good.
