I took my BMW M3 here multiple times for various service and nothing was done right, even once, not even a simple oil change. They failed twice in a row at this and then blamed my car! How is my car in any way responsible for their incompetence? The service manager eventually refused me further service, as if I were about to let them touch my car again. I wouldn't let them work on a toy pedal car from the 1960's. Ridiculous and shameful. Avoid them at all cost.

Fantastic service again. Laurel BMW sales staff and service department are the best. I purchased a 4 series in April 2017 and had my most recent service appointment in December. Sales staff surprised me with the exact car I was searching for and have worked tirelessly to find another 4 series for a family member. Service is always exceptional here. I trust this service department 100% and have never had any reason to feel like they are anything less than honest. No upcharges, no high pressure sales tactics, and the cost of services has leveled out with market averages for other makes. I gladly drive 50 minutes to bring my car here even though another dealership is closer.

We have purchased a BMW (325i) and had other BMW's serviced here. They are a very "stand up" dealership and great to deal with. I personally would rate them an 9 out of 10 and my wife would rate them an 11 out of 10. I recently called them for a quote on a 328Xi and received a very reasonable and professional quote. The process was entirely over the phone and had I decided to make a new car purchase would have grabbed the vehicle quoted. We went with a CPO that was something Laurel did not have available at the time but we would definitely go back here again. Bravo, Laurel!

Well, where to start? The staff at this dealership is actually quite friendly compared to the other BMW dealership in the area. You can tell that some people here retain that BMW snob factor, but I can say with certainty that the service and parts department are 100% customer advocates. This auto outlet has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make me as happy as they possibly can. I have two examples of this. For one, when I hit a guard rail racking up $14,000.00 in damage to one of my vehicles, they gave me an expected finish date one month from the drop off date. Unfortunately, the damage was very time consuming to repair, so out of kindness the body shop actually paid for me to have a rental car since mine was not finished by the expected date. How many times does this EVER happen? I kept this rental for a month and a half after that until my car was completed. Another example of this dealership's attention to customer service is when I raised a question about oil service intervals with the service manager, "Mr. Al K." I expressed my concern that 15,000 miles between oil changes seemed too long even for synthetic oils (which I still think), but he was kind and knowledgeable enough to not only explain why BMW recommends this, but also to go back to the service shop and take my oil filter out himself and show me the quality/viscosity of the oil in my car pre oil change. It's not everyday that you get this kind of 1 on 1 service education when I pay absolutely NOTHING for the service! So there, they treat you like gold without having to spend a cent. I only rated the price a "C" because I know what the prices will be when my warranty expires, yikes! Good thing I know I'll be getting at least the same or better quality of service! :)
