Ideal Tree Service

Their price was reasonable and they said they could do the work the next week. We were getting other estimates, so we told them we would call back. We called to schedule at the end of August and we were told it would now be four weeks till they could come. As the end of September neared, I called to get a date and was told they would be here mid-October. When I didn't hear again, I called and was told they would be here October 22. They called me October 19 to say they couldn't come October 22, but they would be here Saturday, October 29. Since I did not hear anything, I got up at 7:30 am to prepare for them to come. When they had not arrived by 9 am, I called and was told they would not be able to come this date either. I am appalled at the unprofessional way we were handled as customers and told them so. I would not recommend you use this company.

From the estimate to completion everyonewas great!
Very professional, friendly and they really knew waht they were doing. It was actually amazing to watch.
They also did some work for my neighbors and on the Elton community property. Every
step of the way they showed skill. I watched as they shaped up my neighbors bradford pear, even taking time to tie up the branches so that i would grow to the desired shape.
We all felt the price was extreamly reasonable.
I would absolutly recomend this company!

They were honest. They weren't overpriced. If it was somebody that was take the money and run attitude they would have charged $500 for each tree, but since they were so close they only charged for 1 tree. They weren't able to come out the same day, but they came out the next day because trees were all icy and coming down everywhere and they were working hard.
