 + -1 moreThey were very helpful with picking out the flooring and the supplies that are needed. There customer service is great as soon as you walk in they try to help you. They also helped put the flooring in my car.

 + 0 moreI placed an online order for a refrigerator on 6/30/11, with a scheduled delivery date of 7/08/11. The refrigerator was to be proessed out of the Johnstown store. I was to receive a call the night before notifying me of the approx time of delivery - this call never arrived. The morning of the 8th, I called first the number on the invoice (the Johnstown store), was rerouted to the delivery service who told me that it would be delivered on 7/15/11. I NEVER WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS CHANGE!!! I sent emails to two addresses on the website, and have yet (7/13/11) to hear a response. The Johnstown store called me to proess the return to my redit card, but failed to apologize also.
