HERTZ RENT A CAR

Absolutely terrible. The gentleman who picked me up was on time, and pleasant but that’s where the good stops. They are unclear on billing practices when dealing with third-party insurance, I’m still not sure they know who they’re billing. Also, the quality of the vehicle is laughable. Typically when I am issued a rental vehicle, the other parties insurance pays for a vehicle of similar specifications to my own. With this group, I was given the lowest entry level economy class they could find. I feel like I’m driving a scooter and have to give it a running start at every red light. I understand that they don’t have BMW rentals, but to go from a $60k car to an $11k car is quite the jolt. On top of this: It’s dirty, and the driver’s side door doesn’t even match the paint color. Quite embarrassing when meeting with clients. It sounds petty, I know, but presenting the success you’ve earned puts clients at ease. Looking like you can barely afford a decent paint job doesn’t say much for ones ability to make good investment decisions for others. This shop is definitely not suitable for professionals who rely on an image to position them in a market.
