Description of Work: He fixed two old family heirloom clocks. He told us what he would do, the risks of working on older clocks. He even picked up and delivered, although I think he might charge for that service usually, we were on his way to his dentist. He was very knowledgeable. He even found the catalog where my one clock was advertised for sale originally. Very professional. Very nice. Completely satisfied.

Description of Work: I needed to have an antique alarm clock repaired and Ferguson Clock Repair does not specialize in that work but they promptly directed me to someone else that could direct to the right person. I found the right person in less than 15 minutes after talking to Ferguson. Thank You.
